Attorney Gerard A. Falzone

Attorney Gerard A. Falzone, originally from New York City, was raised in the Los Angeles area. His passion for justice was evident from a young age, and by the 3rd grade, he had already decided to become an attorney to advocate for fairness and justice. Driven by a desire for the best education, he excelled in his studies.

In 1980, Gerard moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to attend Boalt Hall School of Law, graduating in June 1982. He passed the California Bar Exam on his first try and started his legal practice in December 1982. Gerard was particularly drawn to family law during law school due to its complex legal issues and the emotional challenges people face during significant life changes like divorce. Consequently, he focused on family law from the start of his career.

During law school, Gerard fell in love with Alameda, California, and its Victorian charm, deciding to make it his home in 1980. He relocated his practice to Alameda in 1985 and, in 2005, opened a second office in San Rafael to better serve clients in Marin County and the North Bay. His two locations enable him to represent clients in courts across Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, Napa, Solano, San Mateo, and Santa Clara Counties.

With over 25 years of experience in family law, Gerard has helped numerous individuals navigate the financial and emotional complexities of divorce. His commitment to resolving legal issues efficiently, amicably, and affordably is reflected in the many satisfied clients he has served.
